LAW ENFORCEMENT
Following a 1966 Supreme Court decision, law enforcement officers in the US are required to read suspects what are known as "Miranda rights" before they are placed in custody. The script is intended to protect a criminal suspect’s Fifth Amendment rights. Law officers, however, cannot guarantee that suspects speak or understand English.

Miranda That Talks is a tablet with ten or more translations of the Miranda warning. An officer simply presses the button corresponding to the suspect’s language to ensure that he or she has be adequately informed of their rights.
